Low Carbon
Our Low Carbon proposition focuses on reducing the environmental impact of buildings throughout their lifecycle.
Delivering low embodied carbon means minimising the carbon emissions associated with a building before it is occupied. This includes emissions generated through raw material extraction, manufacturing, transportation, construction, maintenance, and eventual end-of-life disposal or recycling. By optimising material selection, manufacturing processes, and construction methods, we help reduce the overall carbon footprint of the built environment.
Delivering Low Operational Carbon
Low operational carbon refers to reducing the carbon emissions generated through a building’s energy use during its operational life. Through efficient building design, high-performance building envelopes, and enhanced thermal performance, our systems help minimise energy demand and the associated carbon emissions, contributing to more sustainable and cost-effective buildings.

Our Fire Safe proposition is embedded throughout the design, testing, and construction process, ensuring buildings are designed with safety and resilience at their core.
Fire Resistance Testing
Innovaré has undertaken extensive testing to validate the fire resistance performance of our i-FAST panel system. While current industry standards are typically based on testing conducted using panels up to 3 metres in height, Innovare commissioned testing on load-bearing panels measuring 5 metres in height.
These tests were carried out at the UKAS-accredited Thomas Bell-Wright International Fire Test Laboratory in Dubai, as equivalent testing facilities are not currently available in the UK for panels exceeding 3 metres in height. This rigorous testing programme provides additional confidence in the fire performance of our systems in real-world applications.
Fire Mitigation in Construction
Fire mitigation is at the heart of our design and construction philosophy. We achieve this through the use of fire-resistant materials within our panelised systems, the design of compartmentation strategies that contain and slow the spread of fire, and safer construction methodologies that protect workers, the public, and the structure throughout the build process.
By integrating fire safety considerations from design through to installation, we deliver buildings that not only meet regulatory requirements but also provide enhanced levels of safety, resilience, and long-term performance.

Full Structure
Innovaré’s Full Structure solution provides a complete structural system built around our innovative i-FAST timber panel technology.
The system comprises high-performance i-FAST wall panels combined with a hybrid low-carbon approach to floor and roof construction.
By manufacturing key structural elements offsite, we significantly reduce on-site construction activities, improve build quality, and shorten programme durations.
Wrap
Innovaré i-FAST wall panels can be used to wrap around a steel or concrete frame providing a rapid low carbon & cost-effective envelope.
Wrap solution is a highly efficient means of encapsulating a primary concrete, timber or steel structural frame providing compliant high-level U-Values, excellent airtightness, reduced thermal bridging achieving both low embodied and operational carbon figures.
Pre-Manufactured Value (PMV)
Inclusion of factory fitted windows and external cladding, including cavity barriers and fire stops, is a natural evolution of the i-FAST product.
The inclusion of these components and increased size of panels provides a faster weather tight structure and overall acceleration of the construction programme.
The factory manufacturing environment means improved quality of interfaces and lower air tightness combined with enhance.
