Façade TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

You will set the technical standard for glazing & façades and verify that the products designed, manufactured, and installed matched agreed specifications. You will provide technical support to the Technical Manager and Project Delivery Managers in providing compliant materials, systems, and services. You will describe and specify cladding and glazing systems for application in an offsite factory context as well as fitted on site.

Façade DESIGNER

You will be responsible for creating accurate design drawings for a range of projects, supporting our estimating, production, and site teams. This includes early-stage design development to enable the business to secure future projects. The role requires strong technical awareness and confidence working closely with other designers, engineers, our production team, and specialist suppliers to ensure buildability and compliance are engineered in before manufacture and construction.
