The building utilises Innovare’s Low Carbon Fire Safe 384mm i-FAST panel and Low Risk Rapid Build Full Structure solution. The Innovaré full structure solution consists of timber-based i-FAST wall panels with a hybrid low-carbon material approach for the floor and roof components.
